Returns
Upon receiving your order, you have a window of 7 days to initiate a return if:
- The product is delivered in a "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
Please ensure that any return requests are made within this 7-day timeframe, as we won't be able to accept requests after this period.
If you find any damaged pieces, kindly provide evidence by attaching pictures to an email addressed to support@odikala.com. Once verified, we will guide you on the steps to return the product.
Upon receipt of the original item, we will proceed with one of the following options:
- Refund your payment
- Credit your account
- Replace the defective item with a new one
To qualify for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be accompanied by its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and reviewing your returned item, we will promptly send you an email confirming its receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you about the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved or declined.
Once approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the credited amount will be automatically returned to your original method of payment or any new method you have specified, within a specified timeframe.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping expenses when returning items. OdiKala will assume the shipping costs in instances where the product is damaged or defective. For eligible cases, the refund amount will include the incurred shipping cost.
