Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
On receipt of the product, Within 7 days the customer has to raise a return request, In case
- The product received is under "Damaged / Defective / Broken" condition.
- If the product is defective / damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product and request it to be returned.
- In case the product is defective, if you will report it after 24 hours, we would not be able to grant a return.
- We would not be able to take up the return request after 7 days.
Please intimate the damaged / defective products with proof by attaching pictures by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once validated, we will ask for the product to be returned.
To be eligible for a return:
The product should be in the original and unused condition and with the original packaging.
If you have wrongly placed the order or want to cancel the order for any other reason. For Cancellation, you will need to contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone call / WhatsApp at 8456982309.
If the product has already been shipped, you will have to wait until it reaches the final delivery location. Then, if you receive a call from a courier service, you can just deny it.
The customer can check the status of the order on the website and initiate the cancellation process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 1-4 working days.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by you when you return a product.
OdiKala will bear shipping costs if the product is damaged or defective. The shipping cost would be added along with the refund amount for the valid case.
