If we cancel your order, we will notify you quickly. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, if you have a valid reason.
If you have already received the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

The Goods are unused and in the original packaging.
Returns and Refunds for Silk Sarees
We carefully inspect our Silk Sarees before shipping. As silk is a natural fabric, small threads or irregularities may appear on the inner part of the saree. These are natural and not defects.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for silk sarees due to these irregularities.
Valid reasons for returns include:

The item is damaged, defective, or broken.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. If reported after 24 hours, your request will be denied.
Non-returnable Goods
The following items cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.

Goods not returnable for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., masks, handkerchiefs) if unsealed after delivery.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We may refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet these conditions.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
Returning Goods
You must bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. After we receive the Goods, the courier fee will be refunded to you in the form of an in-store coupon equal to the shipment value.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured courier service.
Refunds will not be issued until we receive the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned Goods.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. No extra fees will be applied.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery status.
