Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please contact our Support team.

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• You can check your order status on our website and start the cancellation process.

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be issued.

Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered in a Damaged, Defective, or Broken condition.

• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

To raise a return request:

2. Attach clear pictures of the damaged or defective item.

3. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

After receiving the returned item, we will:

• Refund your payment, or

• Credit your account, or

• Replace the item with a new one.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.

• It should be in the same condition as received.

• It must include the original packaging.
