To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item includes all original tags and packaging.
- Returns are requested within the 7-day delivery window (requests beyond 7 days cannot be processed).
- Note: Returns are strictly accepted for items delivered damaged, defective, or broken.
How to Raise a Return Request
- Email Us: Send an email to support@odikala.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach Proof: Include clear pictures or a short video of the damaged or defective area along with your order number.
- Await Guidance: Our team will verify the details and guide you through the next steps.
Your Resolutions
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose one of the following options:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A replacement item shipped out to you. (Depends on the availability or product category)

Refund Processing
- Notification: We will email you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm approval or next steps.
- Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: OdiKala will happily cover all return shipping costs or arrange a pickup if available.
- Standard Returns: For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
