We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you can cancel your order easily before it is dispatched.

• Refunds on Cancellation: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
  

• Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Every piece at OdiKala is crafted with care. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item includes all original tags and packaging.
• Returns are requested within the 7-day delivery window (requests beyond 7 days cannot be processed).
• Note: Returns are strictly accepted for items delivered damaged, defective, or broken.

3. Await Guidance: Our team will verify the details and guide you through the next steps.

Your Resolutions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose one of the following options:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• A replacement item shipped out to you. (Depends on the availability or product category)

Return Shipping Costs
